Our 6th Annual Child Advocacy Day will be held in Montgomery, AL on April 2, 2019, for students and advocates to remind Alabama’s decision makers and opinion leaders of the value of prioritizing the well-being of all children in Alabama.
The goal of our Child Advocacy Day Rally is to host an event that provides a venue for you to be a part of the conversation. Further, to provide children from all regions, ethnicities, race, age and background the opportunity to come to Montgomery and experience civic engagement first hand as well as connect them with their lawmakers and give them an opportunity to directly communicate about the issues impacting their community.
The team at VOICES has set the bold goal of hosting 1000 children at the Capitol in order to amplify their voice to lawmakers and the leadership of Alabama.
We can’t do this without you! Please share this page and registration information with your network or any organizations you think may be interested in participating in this event!
We deeply appreciate your support and look forward to making a tremendous statement in Montgomery. In order for all kids to count, we have to count all kids!
