Felicia was a director of the Alabama Expanded Learning Alliance, funded by the Charles Stewart Mott Foundation, leading Alabama to national recognition for excellence in afterschool and summer learning. Throughout her career, she has secured over $50 million in federal, state, and local funding.

She holds degrees from Jacksonville State University and the University of Alabama and resides in Guntersville, AL, with her family. Passionate about advocacy, Felicia believes every child deserves the opportunity to grow up in a safe, supportive environment with access to education and resources.
