Olivia joined VOICES in January of 2019 as an Advocacy Intern. Since then she has graduated from Auburn with a B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies and a minor in Hunger Studies. Olivia has since become a full-time member of the staff as Outreach Coordinator.

Olivia grew up in a small town in South Alabama and had many experiences that created in her a drive to serve the children across Alabama. While at Auburn University, she completed research in food insecurities and mentoring relationships. She hopes to use her background knowledge from her degree and the circumstances presented in her lifetime to better serve the people of Alabama as a whole through advocacy, research, and public awareness.

She loves meeting people from communities across the state and discussing with them the issues they feel are the most important to children in their hometown. She has always enjoyed working with people in different capacities, as she has worked waiting tables throughout her time at AU and as a veterinary assistant for four years in her hometown.

She enjoys baking, exploring the Montgomery Area, and playing fetch with her cat, Luna.
