Rhonda Mann

Rhonda Mann retired in July 2025 after nearly 25 years of service with VOICES for Alabama’s Children, most recently as Executive Director. She now serves as a consultant to assist with the leadership transition. Rhonda joined the organization in July 2000, initially learning about the challenges facing Alabama’s children. After retiring in November 2020, she returned as Interim Executive Director in July 2022 and, in October 2022, was named Executive Director.
Throughout her career, she has shaped the organization’s public policy agenda and enhanced its data and research efforts. Rhonda has led campaigns on early childhood development, child safety, poverty, and child care, and was instrumental in promoting participation in the 2020 Census.
She attended the University of South Alabama, where she majored in Business Administration. She is married to Joe Mann, and they have two married sons and six granddaughters. Rhonda is an active member of Prattville Methodist Church in Prattville, Alabama.
